We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and people-oriented Administrative & Marketing Assistant + Front Desk to join our team in Miami. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment while keeping operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities :
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Collaborate in maintaining office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes for the marketing Director.
- Assist with planning and execution of marketing events and trade shows.
- Monitor and report on marketing analytics and performance metrics.
- Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and vendor communications in coordination with finance areas.
What we’re looking for :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business preferred.1–2 years of experience in administrative or marketing support roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.Fluency in English and Spanish is required.We’d love to hear from you!
