Job Role : Pharmacist

Location : Brooklyn, NY 11235

Shift : Day / Evening / Night

Pay Rate : $85 / hr - $90 / hr

Duration : 3+ months

Certifications & Licenses : Pharmacist License

Required & Preferred : 1 year Hospital experience & Pharmacy dispensing system experience, Sterile Processing experience, IV room experience, knowledge of an EMR

Duties :

• Review and verify prescription orders to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and adherence to formulary guidelines.
• Dispense medications accurately and provide clear instructions to patients regarding dosage, usage, and potential side effects.
• Assess drug-drug interactions and contraindications to prevent adverse reactions and ensure patient safety.
