Job Summary :
The Health Partner Incentive Analyst II is responsible for performing administrative functions around the set up and maintenance of health partner incentives to ensure accurate and timely implementation of new value based health partner contracts.
Essential Functions :
- Research, gather and analyze data for contract modeling related to health partner capacity, assignment, and member engagement. Apply knowledge to make recommendations and assist with implementation, as needed
- Assist in the development of SOPs related to health partner set up and maintenance to ensure contribution and agreement of appropriate cross-functional areas
- Conduct post implementation audits to ensure accurate implementation. Analyze data to identify any internal errors
- Daily interaction with Management Team required ensuring work follows departmental and crossing functional SOP's
- Ensure that new contracts are set up timely and appropriately in the necessary systems and all other set up procedures are performed
- Perform reconciliations to ensure that health partners are maintained accurately in the incentive system
- Ensure that documentation is accurately maintained for tracking health partners and their respective incentive program specifics
- Perform analysis as needed for contract modeling, baseline reporting and new VBR initiatives
- Assist with member attribution analysis to guide with population management efforts
- Perform continuous reviews to align processes
- Assist with the improvement and automation of VBR reporting as the incentives programs are scaled, i.e. to additional lines of business and / or other states
- Assist with development of effective internal and external VBR communication plans
- Work with internal communications department to ensure communication materials are delivered on time, within budget and are accurate
- Perform any other job duties as requested
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is requiredTwo to three (2 to 3) years of analytical experience is requiredOne to two (1 to2) years of Managed Care experience is preferredPrevious experience with provider contracting is preferredCompetencies, Knowledge and Skills :
