Litigation Attorney Opportunity

Firm :

  • A Creditor’s Rights Litigation, Defense & Compliance Firm with decades of experience. A recognized leader in their space. Extensive expertise at Federal and State trial and appellate representation. Partners have active involvement with ACA, RMAI and NCBA.

Opportunity :

  • A litigation focused opportunity with courtroom, defense and dispute resolution components. Case Management, disclosure, pre-trial review responsibility. Primarily in-office to begin. Then hybrid.

    • Requirements :

  • 2-5 years’ experience as an attorney. Litigation preferred.
  • Some Creditors’ Rights depth
  • Some Bankruptcy related experience a plus.
  • Ability to handle file and caseload.
  • Contribute to the reputation of an industry leader.
  • An active bar license.

    • Compensation :

  • $110K - $130K base.
  • % of Revenue bonus after ramp up.
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.
