Essential Responsibilities :
Lead and mentor a team of apprentice and entry-level technicians
Share knowledge and best practices gained from years of hands-on experience
Foster a collaborative and growth-focused shop culture
Ensure all work meets dealership and manufacturer quality expectations
Qualifications :
GM Master Technician Certification required
Proven ability to lead, teach, and inspire young technicians
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A passion for the automotive industry and a dedication to continuous improvement
A team player who leads by example with integrity and expertise
Valid US driver’s license
