The Maintenance Tech at K & S Manufacturing will assist in ensuring equipment and facilities are in top operating conditions by maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Preventative maintenance of machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.

Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices.

Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, and doing other preventive maintenance actions.

Proceed on assignments with minimum supervision and work is subject to final inspection.

Comply with policies, processes, and systems of the ISO quality management system.

QUALIFICATIONS :

2-3 years of prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with in CNC desired

Experience in Tool & Die highly desired.

Mechanical aptitude with ability to interpret schematics and drawings.

Working knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, electrical, PLC controllers and process equipment.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Good interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to change direction and handle multiple responsibilities / tasks on a routine basis.

Must be detail oriented.
