As an Electrical Engineer II, you will lead complex engineering projects from concept through completion, applying deep technical expertise and performance-based design principles to develop innovative and client-focused solutions. You will mentor junior engineers and act as a subject matter expert while ensuring quality deliverables that meet regulatory standards and project goals. Your leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills will drive project success and long-term client partnerships.
Deliver Results
Lead and execute the design and optimization of power distribution systems, renewable energy solutions, and mission-critical infrastructure.
Prepare and oversee high-quality engineering documentation, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with codes, regulations, and project standards.
Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and related tools to model and document complex electrical systems.
Provide expert guidance in construction administration including field inspections, RFIs, shop drawings, and code-related reviews.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define scopes, schedules, and budgets for large-scale projects.
Analyze project feasibility, risks, and performance metrics, presenting data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
Actively engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle to develop and implement technical strategies that meet their goals.
Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge-sharing through lessons learned and team development activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
Minimum of 10 years of post-graduation engineering experience, or 10 years of experience with professional licensure.
Expertise in power quality, system reliability, and integration with advanced electrical technologies.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical analysis software.
Strong familiarity with electrical codes, industry standards, and compliance review processes.
Demonstrated experience leading interdisciplinary collaboration and client engagement on complex projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify and communicate complex technical information.
Skilled in process improvement, decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring.
