Job Description

Bodies in Motion Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient practice committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. We are currently seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Physical Therapist to join our Fairfax clinic.

What We’re Looking For :

Qualifications :

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Licensed (or license-eligible) to practice in Virginia

Ideal Candidates Demonstrate :

  • A strong foundation in treating orthopedic and neurologic conditions using therapeutic activity, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and other evidence-based interventions
  • Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with patients and colleagues
  • A commitment to upholding our clinic’s values and contributing to a supportive team culture
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

    • What We Offer :

  • Competitive Salary :  $80,000 – $100,000 annually
  • Structured Sign-On Bonus :  $5,000 – $10,000
  • Student Loan Repayment Assistance
  • Continuing Education Stipend :  $3,000 annually
  • Merit-Based Bonus Opportunities :  Up to $4,000 per year
  • Generous PTO :  20 days + 6 paid holidays

    • Patient Care Model :

  • Average of 10 patients per day
  • 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups
