Job Description

The legal secretary position is responsible for assisting the attorneys in scheduling hearing, depositions, mediations, trials, and arbitrations.  The legal secretary assists the attorneys with preparing motions, pleadings, notices, and correspondences.  The legal secretary also works closely with the firm's paralegals and other support staff to ensure that the firm's clients' needs are met to the highest standard.
