Responsibilities :

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone.

Provide accurate and helpful information to customers to resolve their concerns.

Process claims with attention to detail and ensure adherence to company guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Utilize computer systems to input and retrieve data efficiently.

Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer service.

Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements :

At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle tasks with accuracy.

Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Typing speed of 60-75 words per minute.

Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Enthusiasm for learning and improving skills on the job.
