What You’ll Do
Lead the Team : Mentor, develop, and inspire a team of customer service reps.
Own Support & Escalations : Handle escalated issues with professionalism; ensure timely, accurate responses across channels.
Elevate the Experience : Analyze metrics like response time and customer satisfaction, and continually improve processes.
Collaborate Across Functions : Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Engineering to resolve customer issues and enhance service.
Report & Innovate : Track performance, present insights to leadership, and recommend data-driven improvements. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
You Bring
A bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Management, or related field.
3+ years in customer service, with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or another fast-paced environment is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication (verbal & written), and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM / ERP systems.
Grace under pressure and the ability to resolve challenges with professionalism.
