Dynamic Exposure : Immerse yourself in our business units, including Human Resources, Revenue Management, Communications, Finance and Accounting, IT, and Marine Operations.

Key Details :

Hybrid Program : This internship is a hybrid program based in Miami, Florida. Students must be available for the entire duration of the program and willing to work a hybrid schedule, combining both in-office and remote work. This is a full-time opportunity, with interns working 40 hours per week. While hours may vary, interns can expect to work from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Relocation Support : Carnival provides housing for interns who are relocating to Miami for the summer.

Eligibility : Juniors, seniors, and graduate students are preferred for the program.

Technical Requirements : Interns will be provided with a company-issued laptop and will need reliable internet when working remotely.

Role Within the Organization : We operate at the intersection of marketing, hospitality, and entertainment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver branded casino tournaments, land-based events, and casino group campaigns. Our work spans across Carnival Corporation's fleet, including Carnival Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, and Holland America Line, ensuring consistency and excellence in guest experience and casino environments across brands.

Internship Project Summary : The intern will support the planning and execution of branded casino events (shipboard and land-based), guest engagement strategies, and merchandising initiatives across Carnival Corporation's fleet, including Carnival Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, and Holland America Line. Their work will span logistics coordination, merchandise planning, and storytelling content development to showcase the impact of our events.

Essential Functions (Key Responsibilities) :

Supporting the execution of branded casino events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site activation planning.

Assisting with the design and distribution of promotional materials and branded merchandise.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance guest experience touchpoints.

Contributing to the development of evaluation tools and feedback surveys for shipboard casino team.

Preparing recap reports and storytelling content for internal showcases and leadership updates.

Specific Qualifications : We're looking for a creative, organized, and enthusiastic intern who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite). Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Passion for guest experience, branding, and event execution.
