JOB CLASSIFICATION : Hourly Non-Exempt

POSITION SUMMARY

Sales Associates are brand ambassadors responsible for creating an emotional connection between our customers and the brand. They consistently exceed expectations, provide exceptional service and display passion for our brand. Sales Associates are part of a team focused on delivering top line sales results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consumer Engagement

Greets and offers assistance to every customer; focuses on customer engagement and suggestive selling to drive UPT and conversion.

Executes processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual / marketing directives in alignment with brand standards. Adheres to brand standards as it relates to all inventory control processes as it relates to inventory and RFID processes.

Demonstrates a sense of pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and our customers; treats customers and store team professionally, courteously, and respectfully.

QUALIFICATIONS

Pay Range : $16.50-$19.17

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
