This person will be supporting attorney's and is looking for a work life balance.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements.
Conduct legal research and analysis for insurance defense cases.
Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
Experience / Qualifications
Current Active Licensed in Texas
Minimum 2 years experience in insurance defense or personal injury litigation.
Licensed to practice law in the state where the position is located.
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to represent clients effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools.
