Job Description
Professional level sales position supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. Responsible for profitable growth via customer retention and expansion. Partners with GM to manage team members. Requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, sourcing from various channels including special orders, FDO, and second sources. Must direct drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Position is full-time.

Essential Job Skills
Prior Experience
Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred. Proven sales ability and team leadership experience are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
ASE Certification preferred but not required.
Physical Demands
Mostly walking and standing; ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally. Visual acuity required.
Work Environment
Primarily indoor; occasionally outdoors in various weather conditions. Exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise typical of retail auto parts environments.
Position is eligible for sales commissions based on performance.
