A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer for Loom Meeting Recordings.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end core meeting recording experience, driving design work from low to high fidelity

Elevate design craft by setting high standards for interaction, visual, and motion design

Prototype and ship innovations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate and deliver ideas

Required Qualifications

8-10+ years of experience in Product Design

Experience leading product design for complex, user-facing products, preferably in video or productivity tools

Proven track record of shipping user-centered solutions in fast-paced environments

Strong ability to prototype and validate new concepts, especially with emerging technologies

Passionate about experimentation and mentoring teams in new approaches
