Job Summary : We are seeking a data-driven, customer-facing professional to partner with our Business Development team in creating customized proposals that clearly demonstrate the financial and operational value DMG can deliver. This individual will play a critical role in converting prospective customers by quantifying cost savings, developing tailored ROI summaries, and directly supporting the sales cycle with strategic, data-informed insights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, storytelling, and customer engagement—and is excited by the opportunity to help build something at scale.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Business Development Executives (BDEs) to deeply understand prospective client operations, pain points, and service needs.
• Build tailored proposals that highlight DMG's ability to deliver consistent, high-quality facility maintenance services at scale.
• Use data and AI-driven tools to demonstrate operational advantages such as improved service speed, vendor compliance, issue resolution time, and facility uptime.
• Quantify cost savings as a secondary benefit, reinforcing how DMG's platform reduces total spend while improving service delivery.
• Leverage AI to analyze historical performance data, benchmark prospective client environments, and identify areas for measurable improvement.
• Automate elements of proposal creation using AI-generated insights—such as dynamic coverage maps, predictive scheduling efficiency, and vendor availability modeling.
• Synthesize internal and external data into concise, compelling narratives that speak to both operational leaders and finance stakeholders.
• Build and maintain scalable proposal templates and dashboards that accelerate and improve future sales cycles.
• Track conversion performance, client onboarding metrics, and proposal ROI to continuously refine models and approaches.
• Compensation tied to successful new customer acquisition and demonstrated proposal impact.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
