Contract Recruiter

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter - Offshore R&D.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end offshore recruitment for the R&D group, including sourcing and screening candidates

Develop and maintain relationships with offshore staffing teams to ensure delivery of qualified candidates

Track and report on offshore recruitment metrics and support job description creation for offshore markets

Required Qualifications

3+ years of recruiting experience, particularly with offshore or distributed teams

Strong knowledge of technical recruiting for software engineering and R&D roles

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday preferred

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Experience with offshore staffing agencies or recruitment outsourcing models is preferred
