Outbound Sales Agent

Dialer (W2 Employee)

Position Details :

Hourly Wage : $21.00 per hour. Bonuses : $10 per transfer, $100 per closed deal.

Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Location : 959 South Coast Drive, Suite #225.

Reports To : John Hernandez, James Jones, and Sara Kuhns.

Job Responsibilities :

As a Sales Opener at Five Star Tax Resolution, your duties will include :

• Making outbound calls to potential clients who need tax relief services.
• Engaging clients and gathering information for tax relief consultations.
• Following up on leads and maintaining records of all client interactions.
• Meeting performance goals and targets established by the company.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits :

Hourly Rate : $21.00 per hour, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Along with $20.00 per transfer, and $40.00 per transfer from older leads.

Employee Status : This is a W2 position.

Training : You will receive full training to help you succeed in your role.

Skills :

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

1-2 years of sales background. Entry level is fine. Tax background is preferred.

Experience Level : Entry Level.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00 / yr. PTO, 401k match, health insurance options.

Workplace Type :

This is a fully onsite position in Costa Mesa, CA.
