This facility is seeking a Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB / GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : As Soon As Possible - Ongoing, 24-hour call
• Practice Setting : Outpatient, Inpatient, Call, Emergency Room, Clinic Trauma Level III
• Types of Cases : Candidates will need to see patients in clinic, provide deliveries and procedures in the hospital, and group call coverage.
• Credentialing Timeframe : 60+ days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : EPIC
• Certifications Required : BC (board certified) / BE (board eligible)
• Licensure Required : Utah
