The Business Alliances (Alliance Management) team under the Chief Business Officer steers BioNTech's alliance management of existing collaborations with strategic partners, which include pharmaceutical companies and biotech's. The Co-Op / Intern in the Business Alliances team at BioNTech US will have the opportunity to assist a member(s) of the team in cross-functional projects among Business Alliances, Legal, Intellectual Property, and / or Research & Development.

In this role, the Co-Op / Intern will be empowered to contribute to any of the following :

• Coordination of contractual obligations related to multi-partner / multi-asset clinical trial combination strategies,
• Identification of a fit-for-purpose Alliance Health Check platform and support the build internally,
• Development of an alliance management playbook, or
• Any other business alliances activities, as assigned to support, should the incumbent have the education and / or experience (e.g., establishing a royalty monitoring function or implementation of tools for contracts obligation management)
