Job Summary
The IT Infrastructure Services Coordinator will successfully coordinate and deliver all assigned infrastructure services (SOX audits request, internal and external service request and delivery, physical network location moves, modifications to existing services, and scheduling), often with time-sensitive deadlines. This includes the execution of multifaceted initiatives typically consisting of a set of closely related projects, associated activities working with cross-functional teams.
Thisposition involves internal and external communication and alignment.
Essential Job Functions
Collaborate with Leadership and the department to ensure a best-in-class Standard Operating Procedure environment is implemented and evaluated regularly
Collaborates with Infrastructure Leadership and ensures alignment across the department with respect to implement consistent Service Level Agreements in support of continued Operational Excellence
Manages SOX compliance audits by facilitating communication with audit personnel and IT professionals to ensure information request are provided on time and correct. Determine if enhancements to policy and procedures are needed to align with current procedures and capabilities.
Work with management and project managers to align resource commitments to delivering infrastructure initiatives on time.
Works with leadership team to ensure the alignment and assignment of resources within the department support organizational initiatives; Seeks support regarding personnel matters from the appropriate manager and / or Talent as needed and as appropriate
Works under the direction of IT Infrastructure leadership to assist with financial planning within the assigned team to provide resource cost and time to deliver analysis
Performs other duties as assigned by IT Infrastructure leadership
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations
Ensures that the IT Infrastructure mission and vision, strategy and business plan (and any updates) are communicated to and understood by all members of the assigned teams
