Intake Coordinator– Student Success Program

Location : Baltimore, MD

Type : Temporary

A dynamic student-focused program in Baltimore is seeking an Intake Coordinator to guide individuals on their journey toward earning a high school diploma. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on meaningful interactions, organization, and making a difference in the community.

What You’ll Do :

Act as the welcoming first point of contact for prospective students.

Respond to inquiries about the high school diploma program via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy.

Track and monitor all incoming questions, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.

Coordinate and schedule intake interviews, orientation sessions, and assessment appointments.

Lead orientation sessions to introduce students to program expectations, resources, and support services.

Maintain detailed and confidential records of student interactions and progress.

Collaborate with program staff to ensure a seamless intake and onboarding experience.

What You Bring :

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.

Experience working with students or in an educational, nonprofit, or community setting preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Comfort with technology, including email, scheduling tools, and basic data entry.

A passion for supporting learners from diverse backgrounds.

Pay Details : $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
