Seeking BC / BE Family Medicine Physician to join a collegial team of 10 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Clinicians. Practice Highlights :

• Family Medicine with / without OB
• Integrated Behavioral Health Therapist
• Phone call coverage from home (week-long call, approx. 4-5 weeks / year)
• No nursing home coverage
• Flexible patient care hours
• Opportunity for a high pediatric volume, if desired
• 15-18 patients per day
• EMR Epic throughout our entire system
