STARS Data Operations Team - Program Orchestration - Data Analyst will work with STARs HEIDIS measure Owners as a Data Analyst in M&R Workflow Programming Team utilizing advanced analytics. Must have solid programming skills to develop, implement, and maintain Medicare Part C / CAHPS / HOS / C&S Workflows, reporting of programs as required by STARS program orchestration team. This role is about data transformation, automation, and process optimization using Alteryx Designer or other data preparation tools.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
