We are currently seeking a Distribution LTL Order Picker for 1st and 2nd Shifts at our Cincinnati, OH facility.

1st Shift : Monday–Thursday, 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM; Friday, 4 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM

2nd Shift : Monday–Thursday, 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 PM; Friday, 12 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 PM

Over Time schedule & hours as follows :

1st Shift : Monday–Friday, 4 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM

2nd Shift : Monday–Friday, 3 : 00 PM – 1 : 30 AM

  • Currently operating on OT schedule.
  • OT schedule begins in week 3 or 4 of employment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Using a cherry picker / reach truck pull customer orders from warehouse inventory.
  • Use RF scanner to track and record pulled items.
  • Use proper safety practices to pull and stack inventory.
  • Follow order slips to ensure the order is correct before loading.
  • Completes all other duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience with a forklift.
  • High School Degree / GED is preferred.
  • Is comfortable working with heights.
  • Must be able to operate a cherry picker / reach truck.
  • Is able to work in a team environment.
  • Has strong attention to detail.

    • Requirements

  • Must have 1-2 years of experience in a distribution department.
  • Must be able to pass our forklift certification / recertification course.
  • 100% of the time, must be able to lift, stoop, bend, walk, pull, and carry + / - 75 pounds.
  • Must be able to withstand continuous exposure to disagreeable noise, dirt, and fumes within the OSHA allowance.
  • Must be comfortable working in an environment where there is possible exposure to lost-time accidents.
  • 50% of the time spent standing throughout the shift.
  • Must obtain a forklift and LTL license to operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment.
