Were currently on the hunt for a talented designer to join our top-notch creative team in a fast-paced and fun office setting. In addition to a strong portfolio, the ideal candidate will possess adaptability, drive, vision and the willingness to hit the ground running with national brands like Kelloggs, Colgate, PepsiCo, Sams Club and others.

As Junior Art Director, you will help concept and execute creative design work, while working cross-functionally with our team of designers, digital marketing team, account executives and Senior Management. Youll be involved in a variety of fast-paced, high-profile projects in a unique agency environment here in Charlotte.

Heres what were looking for If you think youd be a good fit, lets chat :

• Strong design portfolio showcasing 1-3 years of relevant, real-world work experience and conceptual thinking; retail environment experience strongly preferred
• Full proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite, with strong emphasis on Photoshop
• Solid digital design capabilities and / or web experience are always a plus
• Able to develop design concepts and the ability to bring to life creative solutions that meet or exceed clients needs and objectives
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in fast-paced, quick-turn environment
• Passion for and eagerness to collaborate with others
• Self-motivated, organized and accountable
