Header Welder – All Shifts ($27+ / hr DOE)

Position Summary :

Seeking skilled Header Welders for multiple shifts. Candidates do not need prior header welding experience—as long as they can pass a Combo Stick / TIG weld test to X-ray quality standards, they may be considered. This position offers competitive pay, long-term opportunity, and a stable environment with room for growth.

Flexibility to work weekends or night shifts as production needs arise is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities :

Perform Stick (SMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding on carbon and stainless steel components used in pressure and piping systems.

Weld to X-ray quality standards following company and industry procedures.

Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.

Set up and maintain welding equipment and materials.

Perform fit-up, layout, and prep work as required.

Inspect and repair welds to ensure structural integrity and compliance with specifications.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality goals.

Requirements :

Ability to pass a Combo Stick / TIG weld test (X-ray quality required).

Prior header experience preferred but not required.

Experience with carbon steel, stainless, and pipe welding in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Knowledge of ASME and API welding standards a plus.

Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Pay : $27+ / hr DOE
