A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - FEMA Training Support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line customer assistance for students and partners accessing FEMA's training programs
Research, update, and reconcile student records using the Independent Study Database System (ISDBS)
Process transcript and course-completion requests while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
Required Qualifications
Active FEMA Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain it prior to start
U.S. citizenship required
High-school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
One to three years of customer-service experience, preferably in a federal education or training environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
