We are looking for partners to open clinics with us in 2026.

We are open to exploring locations that work for you and your local community! We want our partners to be an integral part of determining the clinics location.

How to be successful in this role :

• Licensed Physical Therapist, as there are treatment expectations for this role.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program; licensed in the state of practice.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and grow a successful clinic.
• Strong work ethic and determination to establish community presence and referral relationships.

Compensation Structure :

Full-time Annual Base Salary + competitive annual bonus plan
