Pay Range : $21 per hour to $23 per hour
Role :
The Purchasing Clerk supports the Procurement Department by coordinating the purchasing activities and managing purchase orders and invoices related to Operations (Recycle & Reuse, SWD & Midstream). The Purchasing Clerk ensures timely and accurate processing of procurement documentation and assists in verifying equipment rentals to support operational efficiency and cost savings.
Responsibilities
- Verify and manage rental equipment trackers.
- Initiates, prepares, processes, and verifies purchase orders.
- Data entry and validation in PO system. Logistics reports construction and interpretation.
- Process field tickets, receipts, work orders, logs and internal / external communication.
- Interacts with suppliers to obtain and optimize savings.
- Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, or other problems.
- Coordinates with internal teams to ensure that procurement needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Follow all HSE policies and procedures.
- Other duties maybe assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.Proficiency in English.Experience with all Microsoft Office applications such as Excel; NetSuite & OpenInvoice is a plus.Ability to respond and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.Excellent communication skills.Must have organizational and time-management skills.Physical Requirements
