Healthcare Outreach Specialist

A company is looking for a Healthcare Outreach Specialist to facilitate care coordination and support members in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate care coordination and manage scheduling for multiple service lines

Provide member education and support customer care initiatives

Document member interactions and ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; some college or medical certification preferred

Previous call center and / or customer service experience preferred

Knowledge of medical terminology and member care preferred

Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is preferred

Strong technical skills with Microsoft products, especially Excel
