As the General Manager of the dog-care facility, you start your day early, greeting your furry friends with a warm smile. You oversee the morning routines, ensuring that each pet is comfortable and happy. You take a moment to enjoy your own dog's company, feeling grateful for the perk of bringing your pet to work. Throughout the day, you coach your team, sharing insights on the latest dog care practices and fostering a positive environment. You troubleshoot challenges and celebrate small victories with your staff, all while prioritizing the well-being of the pets. By the end of the day, you reflect on the joy and fulfillment that comes from making a difference in the lives of dogs and their owners on our leadership team.

What We Need From You :

Experience in managing facility operations, including maintaining health and safety standards

Proficiency in identifying maintenance needs and satisfying PACFA requirements

Skilled in transitioning existing look & feel into a new brand look & feel

Strong capabilities in managing team staffing needs, including scheduling and team satisfaction

Ability to foster team cohesiveness and provide ongoing training & upskilling opportunities

Experience in managing customer relationships, including getting to know dogs by name

Proficiency in managing booking requests through reservation and CRM systems

Comfortablility serving as the front point for community engagement and ensuring overall customer satisfaction
