Math Academic Coach

A company is looking for an Academic Coach for Math Licensure Exam Preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one academic coaching sessions to strengthen content knowledge and test-taking strategies

Support candidates in managing test anxiety and fostering academic confidence through individualized coaching

Participate in professional development and collaborate with program leadership to align support with coursework

Qualifications

Valid teaching certificate in special education

At least 3 years of experience as a certified Math teacher

Bachelor's degree required

Familiarity with licensure exams such as Praxis, GACE, NYSTCE, ILTS, PECT, or TExES

Experience teaching or facilitating professional development for adult learners in an online environment preferred
