Position Summary :

We’re currently hiring a part-time therapist with the goal of growing into a full-time role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants the stability of employment, administrative support, and a caseload provided, while still having the clinical freedom to work with populations they’re passionate about.

We’re looking for someone motivated, relational, and excited to be part of a collaborative, growing team.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to a diverse caseload (adolescents and / or adults).
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team for case consultation and support.
  • Attend monthly team meetings and participate in the practice’s culture.
  • Optional : Lead therapy groups or workshops if interested.

Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Active Texas licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or provisionally licensed with supervisor).
  • Available to work some evening or weekend hours.
  • Comfortable with (or willing to learn) electronic health records (EHR).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
