What You’ll Do

As a Manager-on-Deck (MOD) , you’ll learn every aspect of store operations to prepare for a leadership role. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, you’ll master skills in people management, financial performance, operations, and customer service.

Your key responsibilities include :

People

• Set clear expectations and communicate regularly with employees about goals, training, and customer service
• Hold team members accountable through coaching and support
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Recruit, interview, and hire new employees as needed
• Conduct regular performance evaluations
