Location : Corporate Office - Allied National Services

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

About the Role :

Allied National Services is currently seeking a dependable, upbeat, and assertive Customer Service Account Coordinator to join our corporate office team. This position is ideal for candidates who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and are comfortable managing a high level of responsibility.

The Account Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between clients and service vendors, ensuring that all service requests are handled efficiently, professionally, and in line with company and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor and ensure daily attendance of employees

Schedule and confirm special services by phone (pre- and post-service)

Respond promptly and professionally to customer phone calls and emails

Maintain and update customer and service records in the CRM system

Track and follow up on equipment repair requests

Follow up on service-related issues to ensure resolution and client satisfaction

Process contractor invoices accurately and in a timely manner

Source, vet, and onboard new contractors and employees

Qualifications :

2+ years of customer service experience in a professional office environment

Strong and stable work history (no frequent job changes)

Excellent multitasking and time-management skills

Assertive and confident with strong decision-making abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel

High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills

Management experience is a plus, but not required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
