Supply Chain Analyst

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting key supply chain functions including material procurement, production planning, and inventory control. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth coordination and integration of information and materials across the supply chain-from suppliers to end customers. The position involves close interaction with procurement buyers, warehouse personnel, inventory managers, and supply vendors, and includes oversight of material and equipment warranty processes.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Support the procurement process by analyzing material needs and working closely with buyers to ensure timely ordering and delivery.
• Assist in production planning by analyzing demand forecasts, inventory levels, and lead times.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and coordinate with warehouse staff to monitor stock levels and reconcile discrepancies.
• Track and coordinate material movement and flow across suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers.
• Oversee material and equipment warranty processes, including tracking, claims, and vendor coordination.
• Identify supply chain inefficiencies and recommend solutions for optimization.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve supply or delivery issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Maintain supply chain data and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, records, and communications.

Pay Range :

Pay Range $50,700.00 - $91,650.00
