Job Summary

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to support real-time API integrations for a SaaS platform. This is not a developer role; rather, the consultant will serve as a technical guide and project manager, helping customers' development teams successfully integrate the solution into their environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working closely with developers, reviewing API documentation, and advising on real-time transaction flows.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret API documentation to guide customer-side developers through the integration process.
• Provide consultative technical guidance, ensuring integrations meet requirements and function as expected.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and successful project delivery.
• Advise on best practices for transaction-based, real-time API interactions (common in e-commerce environments).
• Understand and review JSON files and API payloads to validate integration approaches.
• Function as a project manager and integration advisor, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
