Ability to understand and follow instruction regarding work duties and safety methods. Ability to discern numbers and information in order to sort packages correctly. Ability to use basic tools and equipment such as skate wheel rollers, dock carts, hand-held scanners, chutes and unloading devices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment. PHs operating switching equipment must have a valid driver's license and maintain a Department of Transportation (DOT) file. Will need to work in hot and cold temperatures Will need to work in an environment with loud noise Should be able to lift and carry between 10 and 50 pounds Travel should not be required Know Your Rights Pay Transparency Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Employee Polygraph Protection Act E-Verify Notice ( bilingual ) Right to Work Notice ( English ) / ( Spanish )

If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary Information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
