Type of Cases : General, Ortho, GI, ENT. No Cardiac or OB.

Credentialing : 60 - 90 Days on Average.

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

Board Certified / Board Eligible : Anesthesiology

Licensure : Pennsylvania License Required.
