Salary : What youll do

• Assemble, install, repair, and maintain piping systems and fixtures for water and wastewater in commercial / industrial facilities.
• Install and repair plumbing fixtures (faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, tubs) and appliances that use water (water heaters, boilers, dishwashers, icemakers).
• Diagnose and fix leaks, clogs, corrosion, and sewer / drain issues; repair or replace pipes, valves, and related components.
• Read and interpret plumbing diagrams / blueprints ; adhere to plumbing codes.
• Perform scheduled / unscheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, and site surveys.
• Accurately quote / estimate time and materials; manage a work log and document work at job sites.
• Communicate clearly with general contractors and clients and provide guidance on system upkeep.
