HII Mission Technologies is seeking a results-driven, senior Program Manager to lead complex Department of Defense (DoD) initiatives across multiple contract vehicles. This high-impact role is ideal for a seasoned leader with deep experience in the design, fielding, and testing of hands-on and live training systems.

Key Qualifications :

• Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
• Proven track record in Profit & Loss (P&L) management, or GS-15 / O6-level DoD acquisition leadership-or equivalent senior leadership in defense acquisition programs.
• Expertise in growth strategy and building trust-based relationships across government and industry stakeholders.
