The Lash Lounge Dallas- Park Cities is a salon where artistry and luxury go hand in hand. We are seeking a professional lash artist who is passionate about delivering flawless results and enjoys pampering their guests. We operate at the highest level of standards and integrity. When you join us you become a part of an elite team where artistry is celebrated, growth is supported, and luxury is the standard. You will serve a clientele that values high end beauty services and expects nothing less than the best.

COMPENSATION :

  • $15 hourly during Lash Lounge stylist training / certification
  • 30% commission once certified
  • 32% commission as a Senior Stylist
  • 34% commission as a Master Stylist

    • RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Educate guests on proper care of lashes and brows
  • Understand and promote retail products and memberships
  • Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
  • Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
  • Maintain clean and sterile work environment

    • REQUIRED SKILLS :

  • Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license. Must be licensed.
  • 1+ years as a Lash Stylist, preferred
  • 1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferred
  • Customer service focused; loves on your clients
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic
  • Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating guests on products and services offered
  • Ability to sign a one year contract
  • Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
