Maintenance / Houseman Position

A family are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Maintenance / Houseman to oversee the upkeep and functionality of a luxury ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) property in Miami. Must have basic knowledge of construction and experience in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the estate's facilities. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in property maintenance, preferably in luxury residences, hotels or similar high-end environments, and be bilingual in both English and Spanish-verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Maintenance Oversight and Supervision :

• Manage and supervise daily maintenance activities, ensuring the property remains in pristine condition.
• Oversee contractors and vendors, ensuring all work is completed in a timely, efficient, and professional manner, and provide bilingual support (English and Spanish) as needed.
• Perform regular inspections of all systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Work closely with the property management team to ensure all maintenance activities align with the overall goals of the estate.
