A company is looking for a Director, Performance Marketing to own and scale paid media and lifecycle marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across various platforms including TV, digital, and offline media
Manage CRM strategies for customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention through email, SMS, and in-app communications
Oversee measurement and experimentation efforts to optimize marketing performance and drive sustainable growth
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in performance media, CRM, and SEO with leadership in online and offline channels
Proven track record of managing LTV : CAC and incrementality at scale
Expertise in lifecycle marketing, including segmentation and personalization
Strong background in measurement methodologies and analytics tools
BA required; MBA preferred
