job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOn-site visits, phone calls and email follow-ups In a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders... etc. Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations Enjoys working with people Validating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve Earning the trust with our Customers Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practice Documenting sales activities in CRM; from lead to work order and all steps in between Reporting accurately and weekly Brainstorming to find new leads and opportunities Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record Professional, caring and service-minded Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team General working knowledge of property and / or construction industry Experience using CRM tool and process Experience working in base + commission environment Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill. Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours. Sales Representative
Part time [approximately 10-20hours / week], M-F 9-5 working hours, [$20 / hr + commission], paid training, 401k, car allowance provided, mobile phone provided, room for advancement
Base Salary Plus Unlimited Commission

As a Surface Experts Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build trust with our customers.
