Responsibilities

• Production experience with a hands-on, get it done, make cool content mentality
• Collaborate from concept to delivery with social strategists, creatives and core content creation team (content creator and camera operator / editor)
• Handle all aspects of social-first pre-production and production for internal content creation and third-party partners
• Be nimble, adaptable and strategic; contribute in prop sourcing, set design, on-site filming and possibly editing
• Scoping, planning and budget management
• Vendor and third-party influencer / creator bidding, contracting and management
• Manage core team’s capacity and scheduling; consult during concepting to ensure feasibility
• Work with business affairs to ensure FTC compliance and general guidelines
• Support pre-production (location, props, equipment, production insurance, releases, etc.)
• On-site filming including on-camera participation if needed
• Support post-production; editing skills are a plus
• Manage and organize digital assets for efficient workflow and accessibility
• Work with Art Buying to license stock
• Asset tracking and rights management documentation

Temporary roles may be eligible for our freelancer / temporary medical plan and 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria are met.
