Location : Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

What You’ll Do

  • Process and interpret financial statements, including non-traditional formats, leveraging both manual review and AI-driven technologies.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to VRGL’s largest enterprise clients, managing day-to-day communications and resolving inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Triage and manage client tickets, escalating complex issues as needed and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to enhance tools and workflows that support client onboarding and ongoing operations.
  • Provide actionable feedback on emerging AI solutions for financial data extraction.
  • Partner directly with clients to identify needs, troubleshoot challenges, and inform product enhancements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and client support strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field such as information systems, business, finance, engineering, communications, or accounting.
  • Experience interpreting financial statements or working in private wealth management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with extreme attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team-oriented settings.
  • Growth mindset with the drive to take ownership and learn quickly.
  • Ability to work from our Dallas HQ two days per week.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to statement processing, client communications, and cross-functional collaboration with product, analytics, and engineering.
