The primary purpose of the Assistant Manager Patient Business Services is to assume responsibility for the direct supervision of the clerical staff in Outpatient Oncology Services under direction of the Business Manager. This individual will assist in overseeing the daily operations, maintain an analysis of the productivity of the unit, assess the performance of staff and of key processes, and to ensure customer satisfaction. Assists in addressing operational problems and finding appropriate solutions. Assists the Business Manager in providing operational supervision / administrative leadership to multidisciplinary staff. Responsible for meeting the goals and objectives established by the management team. Responsible for compiling reports and submitting them on time.

• Assists in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitors unit productivity and evaluates staff performance and key processes
• Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through operational oversight
• Helps identify and resolve operational challenges with appropriate solutions
• Supports the Business Manager in offering administrative leadership to multidisciplinary teams
• Accountable for achieving goals and objectives set by the management team
• Responsible for compiling and submitting reports in a timely manner

The expected salary range for this position is $73,271 - $91,594 - $109,911 per year, in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
